RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The Membership & Site allotment will be based on provision of co-operative registration act and by law of the society.

2. Site allotment will be on first come first serve basis.

3. Any citizen above the age of 18 who lives in jurisdiction of the society can become the Associate Member.

4. Associate members are eligible to get all the benefits provided by the society except voting and contesting for election.

5. Associate members are not eligible to verify the accounts of the society & auditing reports.

6. Society can acquire the agriculture land under the section 109 of Karnataka Acquisition act.
or Can directly buy no. of sites from the developers in competitive price based on turnkey basis.
